Groundbreaking: Sequim School District, Central Kitchen

Pelletier + Schaar has been working closely with Sequim School District and Mckinstry to deconstruct an existing school building down to a single wing, which will be transformed into the School District's Central Kitchen.
The groundbreaking took place on May 18th, 2018 on the site of the soon to be Sequim School District's Central Kitchen.
The new Central Kitchen will be an environment designed to handle larger occupancies, heavier traffic, and allow proper occupant flexibility for it's staff and students.
It’s exciting to see the design of this central kitchen! Incorporating smart kitchen storage solutions can really make a big difference in efficiency and organization, even in larger-scale kitchens like this.
