The O'Neill Residence is the quintessential beach cottage with it's shingled and board and batten siding, white trim and detail work, and large opening to the water. Classic windows are placed for privacy from the neighbors, yet opening to light and views where appropriate.
Interiors were designed to be light and airy. Rustic beams, natural materials, and simple-yet-classic detailing create a casual atmosphere typified in a beach cottage. Large bi-folding doors open the water side spaces to the outdoors.
