The Moyers, content with newly updated interiors of their home, felt that the outside did not reflect the home they enjoyed on the inside. Seeking to rejuvenate the exterior of their home, they met with Pelletier + Schaar to create a new look and feel without structurally altering the home. Designing to meet the Moyers needs, Pelletier + Schaar created a screened effect for the exterior remodel. Cement and steel structures give the home a sense of entry, something that it lacked prior to the remodel. The home now stands apart from those neighboring it and has a revitalized aesthetic appeal. The new driveway and landscape give the home an updated, modern look. The remodel also afforded the Moyers a front patio as well as a covered area off the back of the home.
