NorthSound Professional Center is a 12,000 square foot commercial building that houses a 6,000 square foot physical therapy clinic, 3,000 square feet of administrative offices and 3,000 square feet of leased space. Situated on a single lot zoned for ‘neighborhood business’, Pelletier + Schaar were mindful of the environment in which they were designing. The site is also located in a flood plain. The end result is a design that meets the needs of the site and the clients while integrating seamlessly into the neighboring residential and agricultural landscape. This NorthSound Physical Therapy Clinic also serves as the centralized administration facility for their five existing clinics throughout the county.
