The Stanwood Camano Community fairgrounds are located at the outskirts of the small but growing town of Stanwood. The site is approximately 10 rolling acres of open fields with stands of trees to the north and east. To celebrate and mark the values and traditions that built these regions, the citizens of Stanwood established a regional private fair event. The entertainment stage that exists today is small and positioned in such a way that it creates a bottle neck in the flow of fair goers moving through exhibits. A new stage was designed pro bono to address the site issues and provide an updated venue.
