CASCADE LUMBER
CAMANO ISLAND, WASHINGTON
When Cascade Lumber had outgrown the existing office space, Pelletier + Schaar was hired to reconfigure the existing 1,533 square foot office building and design an addition for the expanding administrative offices. Additionally, a new pole building for lumber storage was designed and located in the lumber yard. Landscape was added on site perimeters using natural northwest plantings. The pole building addition now accommodates Cascade Lumber’s growing outdoor building needs, while the addition to the office and sales building provides new space for sales, accounting, dispatch, restrooms and a lobby space.
Contractor: Cascade Lumber
