This 4,000 square foot real estate office faced several issues during the feasibility process including drainage, site access, water access and septic drainfields. Additional consideration was made for signature design details of Camano Properties Real Estate such as the red, metal roof. The clients sought to anchor their presence of Camano Properties in the Stanwood and Camano Island area with this distinctive flagship office. The real estate offices occupy the main floor of the building, allowing commercial space for vehicle licensing and additional office space on the lower level. Views of Port Susan and the City of Stanwood were both integral to the design of this project. The Northwest style of the building blends well with the surrounding area and its bold, red, standing seam metal roof allows the business to make its mark in the community.
